Magnus Oscarsson has 36 years of experience within the finance industry. Most recently Magnus was the founder and CEO of Holtback & Partners Asset Management (HPAM) . HPAM managed successfully a Nordic L/S hedgefund and a Nordic long-only fund. Prior to that Magnus was the CEO of Julius Baer Nordic. Magnus´ earlier positions also include partner and member of the management team with ABG Securities AB, as well as member of the management team and Head of Equities for Erik Penser Bank. Magnus has worked with institutional sales since 1989 targeting Nordic , European and US based clients.

Tom Engman has 30 years of experience in the financial sector. His previous position was partner of Holtback & Partners Asset Management, as well as manager of a Nordic L/S hedge fund and a Nordic long only fund. Tom previously worked as a manager of the hedge fund Erik Penser Hedge. The fund delivered an extraordinary risk adjusted return.
Nicklas Fornander has 34 years of experience within the finance industry. Most recently Nicklas was at Invesco Asset Management (2008-2017), Head of Institutional Sales responsible for the Nordic market. Nicklas previously worked as Relationship Director at Fidelity Investments International (2006-2008) with responsibility for Nordic Institutional Clients as well as Wholesale. Earlier positions include Head of Institutional Sales and Senior Client Manager at Nordea (2004-2006) and Investment Director, Vice President at SkandiaLink. Within the Skandia Group (1990-2004) was Nicklas Head of Investment Research Department and Deputy Chairman for Skandia Global Investment Research Committee. .
